If you have just turned 21, or you are in your early 20s, then it's time to legally start your beautiful and life long wine relationship.

Our palates change our entire life, and like with food, this also goes for wine.
Remember when you were young and did not like taco, vegetables or even potatoes?
I bet you do now, and so when it comes to wine, you can think of your palate for wine as a younger palate.

Sparkling Wine (YES!!)
Sparkling wine is both a celebratory and just straight up delicious wine, and it is made across the world.
You have probably heard of Champagne, but what about Crémant, Prosecco, Cava and Spumante?
Not all sparkling wines are created equal, and actually, there a many techniques for making sparkling wine. Different wine techniques makes different tastes and experiences, some are lighter and fruitier and even sweeter, and some are perfecto for a meal.
Always remember that with wine, it is really your own taste and preferences that matter, but there are some general rules that can help you navigate the vast world of sparkling wine.
Champagne- drink it if someone else pays, or with a food pairing. Champagne have aged for 5-6 years in their own bottle, so they are heavier and "mouthful". Champagne is from France btw. Their bottles start at $40 and can go up to $$$$$.
Crémant- the "little sister" of Champagne. Also French, Crémant are sparkling wines from France all places than Champagne and have similar wine making style, minus the long aging. Therefore Crémant have a lighter body and bring forth more fruit and citrus. Their bottles start at $12 and they are delicious.
Prosecco- the Italian Princessa. Made in a tank and filled up in their bottles when finished. This creates a light sparkling wine; "chuggable" you could say, but even more importantly, this is the perfect wine to make your Saturday brunch a hit. Mimosas, Bellini, Aperol Sprits, you name it. Prosecco is great for blending with other juices and such, and starts at $8 per bottle.
